**Bio Draft**

I’m a filmmaker from Baytown, Texas—a town known for its industrial plants and limited entertainment options. While I love my hometown, I didn’t want to follow the usual path of high school graduates heading straight to the plants. I craved a career that challenged my creativity and allowed me to forge my own way, focusing not just on money, but on building something meaningful.

In 2024, I graduated as Valedictorian from Mediatech Institute of Houston, where I honed my filmmaking skills. The inspiration to return to school came during a creative slump while writing my first project. Enrolling in Mediatech was a game-changer—it gave me the tools and confidence to overcome writer's block and elevate my craft.

Since graduating, I’ve written and directed two short films, including one for the 48-Hour Film Festival and another class project that I directed, edited, and saw placed on a streaming platform. I’ve collaborated with established directors and built a strong network, turning connections into opportunities.

I’m also the founder of *Mr. OldSoul™* and the creator and host of several unique events:
- Soul Sessions: A spoken word open mic mixer.
- Echoes of the Soul: A beat and artist showcase.
- Cookies and Kream: Art in Motion**: An art showcase mixer.
- Soul Vibes: A meet-and-mingle mixer.

For me, filmmaking is more than a profession—it’s a way to share stories, foster connections, and leave a lasting impact.

Let me know if you’d like me to add or adjust any details!

Why JTV ONE Studios?

Why I Chose JTV ONE Studios

As a student at Mediatech, I met Jazmin Anderson while she was looking for an editor. I wasn’t where I wanted to be skill-wise, but she took a chance on me. Her energy was peaceful yet powerful—inspiring and contagious. That leap of faith changed everything for me.

Joining JTV ONE Studios felt like finding a second family. Everyone welcomed me with open arms:
- Nahchon helped me work through unresolved trauma and become stronger mentally.
- Shonte’ is a kind-hearted, goal-driven force who leads with love.
- Mama Jenkins is a prayer warrior always ready with wisdom and encouragement.
- Mama Anderson brings joy and warmth, making every moment around her feel like home.

These incredible people didn’t just teach me skills—they poured into me as a person. They helped me grow, regain creativity, and strengthen my mental resilience. JTV ONE Studios isn’t just a workplace—it’s my family. And I love them all to the moon and back.
